You’ll want peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong, you’ll be able to return your item and it’s important to know what they’re doing with your personal information. It’s also smart to use credit cards rather than debit. That way, the money isn’t taken directly from your bank account and you won’t lose money out of pocket if your credit card covers protection. DO NOT give credit card information through email or private message on any platform.

Tip #5: Finally, keep a paper trail. Print any and all records / receipts of all online transactions. That way you’ll have paper proof of your purchase.
